"thank you" is such a strong and moving word. I used to train in gyms where slap bump roll smash is a norm *like any other gyms. I have trained in different countries, experienced different mat cultures, but Bjj Bray-Leddy Brothers is just awesome, thanking you at the start of the roll and thanking you again after is a huge humbling experience for me. I truly appreciate the warmth and homey feeling of the mats and team. The teaching and breakdown of techniques are incredible! Thankful for the positive vibes and amazing jiujitsu. Phenomanal place to start and cultivate your jiu-jitsu journey. Chris and Adam are excellent coaches who are devoted to everyones independent journey. They have created a environment that is welcoming, cerebral and most importantly, fun. If you are thinking of starting Jiu-jitsu or have been training and thinking of relocating. Posting this as a review of both the adults and kids classes. My eldest daughter started here last September and has gained so much from the classes. The coaches are top tier and have a fantastic way for engaging the kids. The classes give them so much more than just BJJ skills and I have seen this first hand. Glad to say I’ll be enrolling another of the kids in the new year and she can’t wait to start too!

I was convinced to jump in to some classes after the announcement of the early morning (6:15am)  and haven’t looked back. The early morning suits me as I work full time and have a young family so being able to participate in up to 3 early morning classes a week and get home before the kids wake up is ideal. Again the level of coaching is excellent, great attention to detail, great communication both in person and via WhatsApp/instagram/facebook. Classes are well structured with blocks of specific topics covered before moving on to something new.

One last thing to mention is the type of people in the club. I am yet to come across an ego, an attitude, someone unwilling to help or even chat. The atmosphere is great, welcoming and feels great to be part of such a fantastic club.
