New members are invited to join us for a FREE trial at any time! We will provide a clean uniform for the trial, just bring yourself, a drink, and a change of clothes!
Bring a friend along to try it out too! Have them fill in a contact form and join you for your first jiu jitsu class!

Attendees of our trial class should expect to learn the basics of grappling; takedowns and takedown defence, submission holds, chokes, joint locks, positions of control both standing on the ground and escapes/counters to all the above. There is no experience or level of fitness required to start – however if you have any injuries or special conditions please discuss your concerns with us in advance.
