Attendees of our trial class should expect to learn the basics of grappling; takedowns and takedown defence, submission holds, chokes, joint locks, positions of control both standing on the ground and escapes/counters to all the above. There is no experience or level of fitness required to start – however if you have any injuries or special conditions please discuss your concerns with us in advance.
