BEGINNERS AT ECJJA BRAY
Our beginners courses are designed to give every student the fundamentals required to continue training in jiu jitsu, the classes are a perfect introduction to the skills and techniques required to defend yourself, and submit your opponent.
We offer six classes weekly on our beginners course. And while all six are open to students, full attendance is not compulsory. However, the student who will benefit the most from the course, will surely be one with the highest attendance. We certainly recommend you attend more than one class weekly to take benefit from the course.
No fitness level or previous martial arts experience required. Jiu Jitsu is an incredibly adaptive martial art, and there will always be a way around fitness and flexibility issues!
Provided in the course fee is a brand new training uniform and white belt. You will have everything you need to start your journey. And remember – a Black Belt is just a White Belt who never gave up.
